What kinds of drinkware do you offer?

The collection covers travel tumblers, loop-cap bottle designs and handled cup styles in a range of understated colours. Product pages describe visible design features and everyday use suggestions. Confirm essential technical specifications with us before ordering.

Are the images photographs of real products?

The store uses original AI-generated design visualizations. The images show intended styling; they do not verify exact physical specifications or stock. Props in a scene are not included unless a product listing expressly says so.

Where do you ship and what does it cost?

We currently sell to the United States in USD. Standard shipping is $5.99 when the discounted merchandise subtotal is below $50, and free at $50 or more. Expedited shipping is $7.99 where offered at checkout. Taxes are separate from the free-shipping merchandise threshold.

How long will my order take?

Processing takes 5–10 business days. Standard transit takes a further 10–15 business days after dispatch: allow approximately 15–25 business days in total, with possible delays. Expedited shipping has no guaranteed delivery date; ask for a route-specific estimate before relying on a deadline.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email us promptly with your order number. We will check whether the order can still be changed or cancelled. Once dispatched, changes cannot be guaranteed; eligible returns follow our Return Policy.

How do returns work?

Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Wait for authorization and instructions before sending the item to our Shenzhen company address. For a change of mind, the buyer pays return postage. Damaged or incorrect goods are reviewed individually. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.

Can I put the cup in a dishwasher or microwave?

Do not assume either is suitable. Follow the instructions for the actual product. Until suitability is confirmed, use gentle cleaning and do not microwave the cup. Avoid abrasive cleaners and dry components before storage.

How do I manage privacy choices?

Use Privacy Choices and the store cookie controls where available. You can also email us to request access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy rights.
