Shipping Policy
Effective October 9, 2026. This policy applies to orders placed with Mavexlora.
Destination & currency
We currently accept delivery orders to the United States only. Prices and shipping charges are in US dollars (USD). Available destinations and services are confirmed at checkout; we cannot guarantee service to every special address or remote route.

The free-shipping threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes. The checkout quote controls the available route and service.
Processing and delivery time
Order processing takes 5–10 business days before dispatch. Standard shipping takes an additional 10–15 business days after dispatch. These periods are added together, giving an estimated 15–25 business days from order processing to delivery. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Estimates are not guarantees and may be extended by carrier, customs or other delays.
Expedited service costs $7.99 where available. We do not guarantee an expedited arrival date or an unverified transit duration. Contact us before ordering if you need a delivery estimate for a specific deadline.
Tracking and address changes
When tracking is available, dispatch information will be sent to the email supplied at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear. Review your address carefully and request corrections or cancellation promptly. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch. We will explain any additional costs before arranging a resend caused by an incorrect address.
Delays, damage and missing parcels
If tracking stops updating or a parcel appears delayed, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier. For damaged goods, keep the item and packaging and send clear photographs. If an order is marked delivered but missing, check the delivery location and contact us promptly. We review appropriate remedies according to the facts and applicable consumer rights.
Taxes and duties
Applicable taxes shown at checkout may be charged in addition to the item price. Import duties or carrier charges, if applicable and not collected at checkout, may be payable to the relevant authority or carrier. We do not promise that all routes are duty-free.
