Eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, items should be unused, clean, complete and in their original condition, with packaging where reasonably available. Keep proof of purchase. Used drinkware may be unsuitable for a change-of-mind return for hygiene reasons; this does not limit remedies for defective, damaged or misdescribed goods under applicable law.

How to return

1. Email your order number, the item and the reason for the request within the 30-day period.
2. Wait for authorization and return instructions. Do not send goods without contacting us first.
3. Pack the item securely and use a trackable return service where possible. Keep the postage receipt and tracking details.

This company address is our return address. The Hong Kong store operating address is separate and is not the return destination.

Postage & problems with an item

The buyer pays return shipping for personal reasons or a change of mind. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us with photographs; we will review the case and explain the appropriate return arrangements, costs and remedy. Do not discard the packaging before the issue is reviewed. Original shipping charges for a change-of-mind return are generally not refundable except where required by law.

Inspection and refund timing

After we receive the return, we inspect it and process an approved refund within 10 business days. Refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds. We will notify you if a return is declined and explain why. If the expected timeframe has passed, contact us with your return tracking details.

Exchanges and cancellations

Contact us to discuss an exchange; availability and any price difference must be confirmed. We may handle it as an eligible return followed by a new order. Request cancellation as soon as possible; it cannot be guaranteed once an order is being processed or has shipped.

This policy provides an additional return process and does not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights in your location, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
